Blue Sea Articles Author & Publisher Terms

General

These terms govern your use of the service(s) offered by Kikabink International Pty Ltd ("Kikabink", "Blue Sea Articles", "we", "us" or "our") to you ("author", "publisher", "you" or "your") at the website located at http://www.blueseaarticles.com.

By using any service provided by Blue Sea Articles, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the service(s) we provide.

Authors

• The articles you submit must be unique and owned by you - you may only submit unique articles for which you own the copyright. "Unique" means that the article is, in our opinion, substantially different from any other article you or anyone else has published on the Blue Sea Articles website or elsewhere.

• By submitting your articles to Blue Sea Articles, you grant us the right to publish your articles - we may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

• By submitting your articles to Blue Sea Articles, you grant others the right to publish your articles - other Blue Sea Articles users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, or elsewhere as long as the article is left in its original state. This includes the resource box which credits you as the author of the content.

• No affiliate links - the articles that you submit to Blue Sea Articles must not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.

• Submitting your articles to Blue Sea Articles does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - you will not receive compensation from Blue Sea Articles or the users of our directory for articles you submit.

• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - we reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.

• Articles must be spell-checked and proof-read for grammatical errors prior to submission - do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirements.

Publishers

• You may only download, publish and use articles "as is" - You must include the following with any article you copy from Blue Sea Articles:

  • The full title of the article

  • The author's name

  • The entire body of the article written "as is"

  • The author's resource box; and

  • Any links the author has embedded in the article or resource box.

Authors and Publishers

• You indemnify Blue Sea Articles - You indemnify us against any costs or loss incurred by us as a result of a third party claim that any article or other content submitted to, or downloaded or copied from Blue Sea Articles, is a breach of a third party's intellectual property rights.
